Carlos dealt for 6 8/9 innings...and it's not like his unfinished mess lost the Cubs the game. Whether or not he likes Carlos, Sullivan needs to get his act together and be able to report on the Cubs ace with some integrity, which was on the low end here. Integrity doesn't mean excusing the injury, it just means pointing out the context and the fact that Carlos happened to endure two mid-sized rain delays. All we really find out is that Carlos changed shirts a few times during the game. Better to know how many times Sully changed his pants over the same span. ZING. Remember, Sullivan spends a great deal of time around all of the players/staff and knows them very well.
