Cubscast Election ‘08 Shirts Now Available
UPDATE: We’ve lowered the price of the customized shirts to $16. Also just to make it very clear, you can customize the shirt with any combination of Cubs players, personnel and/or politicians, if you’d like. It’s up to you!
As we announced in today’s episode, we’ve added a new t-shirt design to the Cubscast Store! It’s your chance to throw your support behind the venerable ticket of Obama/Fukudome. Wouldn’t he make an awesome VP? We’ve also added the ability for anyone to customize our ‘08 Election t-shirt with the candidate and/or Cubs players of your choice.
These are a limited edition, so order early and often. Here are a few shirt examples that have been ordered so far:

These aren’t really funny to me (except the Cedeno/Kucinnich one), but theres no harm in having them out there. You guys are very creative.
Any chance the Strode shirt will make a comeback?

@Mike – I like sports, too, and I see your point. This is why we made the shirts customizable. Want a shirt with 2 players on it and no politicians? That’s fine. It’s up to you to make it political or non-political.
@D – Thanks for the “vote” of confidence. Oops I said vote. I’ll go to my grave thinking it’s a funny concept (or can be made funny depending on how it’s customized). Mike will make it an early grave if I make any more political references, so I gotta be careful.
