As mentioned in today’s mini-episode (download – mp3), Sheps and I will return with a full-fledged episode of Cubscast on Tuesday morning, August 17th. We’ll been quiet these last couple weeks dealing with a technical matter largely outside of our control.

It’s been an interesting season to say the least. Who thought Darwin Barney would be on the 25-man roster before September? We’re looking forward to discussing him as well as Carlos Zambrano’s return to the rotation (finally!) on Monday.

We can’t wait to get back to ‘casting even if the 2010 club is in full rebuilding mode.
